The wingless design of the tip has no cutting spurs, which ensures less bit-grabbing as it bores through thick timber. This results in a more efficient cutting action. The 12mm extended scoop on the tip removes larger wood chips and helps maximise cutting speeds.
Multiple grind edges on the bit head optimise chip removal whilst drilling. With a ¼” hex shank these Spade Bits are suitable for use with drills and impact drivers.
